Job Title - Senior Analyst Aon is in the business of better decisions  At Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.   As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.  What the day will look like As a senior analyst, you would be responsible for working with a broad portfolio of clients on range of Human Capital Solutions projects and taking responsibility for key remuneration survey products, and performance-driven remuneration design, while enjoy working with internal and extenal stakeholders at varying levels of seniority. Responsibilities: Build productive working relationships with peers and higher-level professionals internally and externally to exchange information and make recommendations.Perform in-depth analysis and suggest an effective approach to analysis in order to provide advice and recommendations within specific functional areas in rewards and performance management.Independently identify consulting opportunities, scope, resource and deliver consulting assignments as planned by Project Manager/DirectorProactively manage key survey participants with the dual aim of retaining survey clients and introducing revenue opportunities to the Human Capital Solutions team.Proactively contributes and innovate survey change process - including suggesting new job families, role profile, remuneration component etc. with a view to both insightful analysis and relevant market coverage.Communicate effectively with team members to identify and monitor issues that arise.Use discretion and independent judgment to determine appropriate actions.May provide guidance and training to more junior team members.Requirements  Bachelor degree or higher with at least 2 years consulting experience in related fields or as part of an internal team serving the needs of a large multi-national organization.Demonstrated experience with a Remuneration/Reward Consultant, or similar Human Capital related role.Proven experience in analytical and data interpretation roles in a commercial environment Excellent in English and Thai commnication both in written and verbalExcellent interpersonal and relationship building skills with both internal and external clientsAble to wok effectively in a multi-disciplined, team environment as well as independentlyHigh attention to detail and professional standards.Posses advanced analytical, technical and problem-solving skills and abilitiesHighly competent in Microsoft Excel, managing large volumes of data and Microsoft PowerpointHow we support our colleagues  In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
