As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.What your day will look like:Leading teams of consultants to deliver scalable workforce consulting services based on Aon’s proprietary and market-leading human capital datasets.Building a diverse, engaged team and building that team’s analytical and consulting skillsets through participatory learning and direct coaching.Using data science or econometric techniques to solve practical business problems, then scaling the delivery of those techniques to Aon’s wide-ranging client base.Clearly communicating complex findings to C-suite audiences.Connecting with colleagues across Aon to deliver integrated, growth-focused solutions.Executing engagements within projects scope and budget.Delivering value-added advice to Aon’s business clients while maintaining the highest standards of quality.Training colleagues on data privacy rules and protecting competitive markets by making sure all analysis complies with relevant anti-trust standards.Assisting in developing proposals and closing sales.Skills and experience that will lead to successRequired Experience:Bachelor’s degree3 years of experience in data-driven consulting or in an industry role applying data science techniques to solve business problems.Proven ability to communicate analytical advice in a clear manner to executive stakeholders and customers.Proactive, organized, and detail oriented; able to ensure rigor and accuracy while meeting deadlines.Preferred Experience:Advanced degree in Business, Economics, Applied Statistics, Human Resources, I/O Psychology, or related field.Experience in using SQL to query large and complex datasetsProficient in common open-source scripting languages commonly used in data science, for example, Python and RFamiliarity with cloud-hosted infrastructureHow we support our colleaguesIn addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
