Aon is looking for a Senior Associate for our Health and Benefits Strategy Consulting practiceAs part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Inpoint business group within the Strategy & Technology Group (STG) vertical in New York, Chicago, or Atlanta. Aon Inpoint provides advisory services to firms who operate across the insurance and employee benefits landscape, which include many of the most prestigious companies in the Global Health and Benefit, Property, Casualty, Insurtech, and (re)insurance market. We help our clients to navigate a fast-changing market environment to drive profitable and sustainable growth and business results. Most importantly we help our clients to turn insights into practical actions and into tangible returns. Role Responsibilities:Contribute in full lifecycle client engagements by leading strategic initiatives, managing project workstreams, and implementing strategic recommendationsResponsible for delivery of project workstreams and outputs, managing team members, and mentoring colleagues outside of specific projectsLead workstreams with clients to develop processes, methodologies, and transition strategies that will guide them to the objective future stateLead market research efforts, quantitative and qualitative analyses, to synthesize strategic recommendations for clientsWork with senior management to develop proposals and create marketing and business development materialsSupport the operational needs of Aon Inpoint including internal initiatives such as recruiting, marketing, communications, etc.Willing to travel (typically less than 20%)  To Be Qualified for This Role:Proven experience with 3-4 years of experience in strategy consulting, enterprise strategy, or in the H&B insurance industryPrior experience at prominent Advisory Firms/ Strategy Consulting Firms is preferredProject management skillsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to network and engage with all levels of stakeholders (both internal and external)Excellent oral and written communication skillsFluency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint and Excel)Experienced in Alteryx, Power BI and other data analytics tools is a plusWilling to travel up to 20%Bachelor’s degree from a top tier university We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation and equal opportunity to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment.
