Test Automation Engineering Manager (Accenture LLP; Columbus, OH): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Test Automation Engineering Manager in Columbus, OH, and the job duties are as follows:
Develop end-to-end test automation strategies.
Determine and meet time estimates and schedules for test automation efforts.
Define test plans and entry/exit criteria.
Drive quality testing solutions by planning and constructing automated test scripts through the use of quality processes and methodologies for Accenture or our clients.
Execute testing efforts by delivering application and component releases.
Define and track test metrics, including code coverage, quality, and performance.
Develop, update, and maintain quality testing standards and procedures.
Lead other Testers on the testing team and manage testing process questions and/or issues.
Create test models (plans, data, and automated test scripts), including test data.
Optimize process and methods to deliver quality work.
Allocate test resources to application test in a multi-test environment.
Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
Make decisions that impact the team through regular consultation with senior management.
Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management or client.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Technology, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Engineering or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.
Must have 4 years of experience in each of the following:
Leading test or development teams;
Test automation development, maintenance, and execution;
Using either Eclipse or IntelliJ Integrated Development Environment;
Using Selenium WebDriver; and
Java programming.
Must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:
Using one of the following version control tools: Git, GitHub, GitLab, BitBucket or Subversion;
Using one of the following Continuous Integration tools: Jenkins, Hudson, Bamboo, or TeamCity; and
Using one of the following Automated Build tools: Maven or Gradle.
Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically up to approximately 75% of the time to meet client needs.
