Description:
This position will be responsible for the development, planning, implementation, management and evaluation of HR strategic and tactical communications that align with the mission and goals of the organization.
This position will also be responsible for the designing, planning, implementation, management and evaluation of HR organizational events and programs.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications or Human Resources from an accredited program
5 years progressive communications experience with at least two years of HR department experience
Working knowledge of a wide variety of software including Microsoft Office applications, desktop publications, web page development and photo editing
Expertise in creative writing, grammar, editing, proofing, and adaptability to varied target audiences and styles
Ability to organize and manage multiple projects; ability to rely on experience and independent judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Ability to quickly become familiar with new communication delivery methods
Desired:
Communications professional experience, or other professional experience in a direct customer service or consulting capacity.
