The ideal candidate for this role is someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment using their programming, creativity, analytical and problem-solving skills to conquer technical challenges. To be successful in this role, you will need to excel at producing quality work with minimal supervision, while continually learning and improving your work process and output. If you truly enjoy and seek out opportunities to learn faster and easier ways to get things done, that will be a major asset in this role. While the role requires some programming and also strong SQL skills, this position is not a good match for someone who prefers to spend every day deep in code or performing database administration or DDL tasks. This role is responsible for supporting the implementation process of new clients onto our highly configurable and client-customizable Mortgage Loan Origination Software. The software is constantly evolving to ensure marketability and compliance with government regulations. You must be a fast and eager learner to be able to keep up with the changes.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of database query and data manipulation (e.g., insert, update, and delete) experience
Minimum of 2 years of utilizing Microsoft Excel, or similar tools, for data analysis and validation
Minimum of 2 years of computer programming experience
Preferred Skills
Experience building logic in Visual Basic (VB), C# or HTML
SQL Server using SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) including scripting with variables and commitment control
Experience with full Microsoft 365 product suite
Strong Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills
Experience with Mortgage Loan Origination software or Mortgage Industry Experience
Plus Skills/Knowledge
Knowledge ofor ability to learn newer enhancements to Microsoft Excel (e.g., Power Query/M language, DAX, Power Pivot, and recent formula additions)
Experience with Excel VBA
Experience with Power BI
Knowledge of GraphiQL and APIs
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure
As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
