Our Operations Transformation team focuses on transforming our clients’ core business operations. We advise, design, implement, and deploy solutions focused on “heart of the business” issues across federal, state, and local government organizations. We are looking for professionals who will use their deep sector knowledge and program management skills to work alongside our clients to bring best practices and manage their most important initiatives and projects.
Work you’ll do
The Senior Consultant will provide support to leadership and a transition team and client. Specifically, this person will need to have experience in procurement and financial systems implementations. Additional experience includes:
• Experience facilitating decision-making on requirements and configuration of financial management systems
• Experience with developing as-is and to-be process documentation, including impacts on existing processes and roles
• Experience communicating complex changes to the existing state, and to-be state in a simple manner
• Conversant in procurement practices and financial management systems

Our Operations Transformation team focuses on transforming our clients’ core business operations. We advise, design, implement, and deploy solutions focused on “heart of the business” issues in specific sectors including Health Care, Banking & Securities, Insurance, and Energy & Resources. The type of work we provide to our clients includes Operations Excellence, Payment & Care Model Innovation and Emerging Business Models.
Our clients seek a fresh perspective on how to create a flexible, innovative business model supported by a strong operations foundation. Professionals will use their deep sector knowledge and technical business operations consulting experience to take a more strategic view of our clients’ priorities, helping them to prepare for growth, embrace the digital agenda and maximize operational efficiency.
Basic Qualifications
7 Years of Experience with financial system implementations and procurement in Consulting capacity
A Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university
Active Public Trust Security Clearance
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred Qualifications
Strong meeting facilitation and executive communications experience
Able to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
Experience supporting organizations through a transition/significant change
Strong experience with Microsoft tools
