Aon is seeking an Enterprise Client Leader. The role is accountable for leading Aon’s relationship for its most strategic clients across geographies and solution lines, and can be based from any of the following Aon location: Los Angeles CA, San Francisco CA, Seattle WA, Chicago IL, Atlanta GA, New York City, Philadelphia PA, Boston MA.Position Summary:Primary objectives of this role are to deliver retention and accelerated growth, bringing together and leading, through inclusion and trust, a client team of Aon colleagues to deliver one firm to Aon’s most strategic clients, and accessing and investing regular time with the most senior decision-makers, as well as all stakeholders, at our clients to gain an in-depth knowledge of their business priorities. The role reports to the Regional Head of Enterprise Clients and collaborates with Enterprise Client Leaders with the region, Industry leaders, Marketing, Growth Operations, and other regional leaders.Job Responsibilities:Drives business results for at least five enterprise clients, meeting new, retention, and rollover metrics by client across solution lines and geographies. Has a detailed understanding of global revenue and leads pipeline and investment globally.Builds, continuously updates, and aligns resources to execute against Client Value Creation Model. Delivers our Global Standards flawlessly, including bringing all key partners at Aon and the Client together for deep strategy and execution of our commitments and plans. This requires a regular presence with all partners in the client’s organization and updated Relationship mapping that is shared with client teams.Influences all levels of Aon to align appropriate internal resources and ensure excellent service from client delivery and shares strategy and planning with the Aon team through regular check ins, and 90 Day DAU Client Planning sessions.Aon IQ – through formal training and knowledge sharing in addition to participationIn Client Planning across geographies and solution lines, maintains solid understanding of all Aon services and ensures that the client understands the full value delivered.
