This position will assist medium to large clients in designing and implementing a broad range of talent and organization consulting services like Talent Acquisition and Development processes, competency modelling, job analysis, and assessment validation project work. The position will drive solutions across talent and assessments practice. Role Responsibilities • Client Management: Managing end-to-end delivery for medium to large projects by engaging with multiple client stakeholders, managing key client relationships, and regular meetings and presentations with clients on deliverables. Create strong, ongoing client relationships, becoming their trusted partner and influential advisor on Talent acquisition, development, pre-hiring and post-hiring assessments and analytics.Assessment Development: Design and customization of work simulation, situational judgment, personality, biodata, cognitive, and computer adaptive assessments.Assessment Validation: Design and implementing validation studies, and presenting the results of construct, criterion-related, content, and synthetic validity studies for client projects.
