Working alongside a team of experienced I/O Psychologists and Human Capital consultants, you will be given the unique opportunity to use psychology to develop data-led solutions and drive strategic workforce change in the ever-growing and competitive UK Market.Day to day, this includes: Contributing to crossfunctional teams to join the dots between people analytics, assessment, L&D, rewards, and performance.Consulting on our solutions in areas of;Competency framework designWorkshop design and deliveryUsing qualitative analysis to develop behavioural and skills taxonomiesLeadership assessmentPresenting on webinars and podcastsAttending events with potential clients, running pitchesExpanding services with our existing clients, developing client relationshipsSupporting on proposal and statement of work writingProviding mentorship and guidance to our psychology team Attributes that will lead to successThis is a strategic role requiring a strong understanding of the employee lifecycle.Seen by others as an expert in designing assessment content, psychometrics and diagnostics Great interpersonal and communication skillsAnalytical, organized work style and a natural problem-solverChartered Occupational Psychologist  How this opportunity is differentJoin our team if you are passionate about using psychology to transform work and want to create real added value in businesses.
