You are:
A problem-solver. You focus on people, whether they are patients, consumers or citizen stakeholders. You use human-centered design to help our clients pivot to the new.
The work:
Build client relationship by developing and delivering strategic solutions for healthcare clients.
Responsible for reviewing project proposals or plans to determine schedule, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of projects.
Establish work plans and coordinates staffing for each phase of project and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel.
Identifies functional or cross functional requirements and resources required for each task.
Here's what you need:
Bachelors Degree
6 years of client facing experience developing/designing strategic plans for federal or commercial health clients
Experience with business development at a federal healthcare agency
Experience managing client relationships
Experience engaging in relationship mapping, client presentations, and other activities to help grow footprint at client

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $103,800 $142,799 and information on benefits offered is here (****.
