UK HCS Assessment - Associate Consultant WellbeingThis opportunity sits within the Human Sustainability Index (HSI) team, an experienced team of consultants focused on enhancing employee wellbeing, resilience and sustainability by bringing together a program of diagnostics, coaching, world-class training, and strategy consultancy. Specifically, this can be broken down into: SalesPrepare and manage the UK Sales PipelineAssist with the coordination and preparation of project proposalsUtilise and monitor Aon’s Client Relationship Management (CRM) platform, tracking sales activities and performing regular reporting/analysis as requiredOversee and perform client onboarding tasks, such as the preparation of statements of work and completion of invoicing processesDeliveryDevelop and maintain detailed project plansPlan, schedule or coordinate project activities to meet deadlines, keeping careful record of any issues, risks or dependencies that ariseDeliver project status updates to customers or project personnelSchedule and facilitate project and/or internal team meetingsPrepare supporting materials for projects such as industry research, communication plans, and operational reportsN.B. This is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities, but a broad overview. Consequently, the duties may reflect changes over time as the nature of projects or the organisational structure evolves.How this opportunity is differentThe role will be varied and the successful candidate will gain invaluable experience working on a truly innovative initiative with an experienced team, focused on driving growth in the UK.Skills and experience that will lead to success1-3 years’ experience managing projects is strongly desirable but not essentialFormal project management certification (Agile, PRINCE2 or PMP) would be a distinct advantageEducated to degree level in business or human sciences.Excellent organisation and administration skills - use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essentialExcellent interpersonal skills.
