Provide support the integration of the clients core Shared Service Provider contract with all other*client contracts to ensure that all pieces of the infrastructure are working together.
Support the development of additional technologies, business processes, and service offerings.
Provide Identity and Access management subject matter expertise in identifying and integrating Federal ICAM policies into the client environment.
Assist in the integration of the Card Services and Personalization BPA to ensure the ability of the*client to have a steady stock of cards available for use as well as the ability to have those cards personalized pursuant to program needs.
Work with the*client to ensure the integration of the Public Key Infrastructure Certificate services are integrated into the infrastructure. *Provide expert analysis and advice regarding optimum architecture for the efficient and secure delivery of services by the USAccess program.
Provide expert assistance with evaluating and recommending improvements to the USAccess business process by evaluating program objectives, as-is progress, and objectives yet to be achieved.* Serve as technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) with the purpose of finding new technologies, processes and capabilities within the PIV marketplace and assisting with implementing those into the USAccess system.
The successful offeror must have the ability to help guide the program towards innovative and emerging services specific to program goals and missions.* Provide expert assistance to management in identifying program objectives and strategies
Requirements/Skills
Experience and technical domain knowledge in all areas essential to the success of the
HSPD-12
program, including systems engineering, full life cycle management, IT Security, knowledge of new and emerging technologies, business process re-engineering, and knowledge of federal policies and procedures
Bachelors degree
Strong and effective communications and writing skills.
Comfortable working in a dynamic work environment.
Strong creative thinking and analysis capabilities.****
