Profile

Global Support Services, LLC (GSS), a wholly owned subsidiary of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., is seeking a Senior Management Consultant at Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio.
The Organizational Change Management Consultant will play a key role in effectively communicating roles, responsibilities, mission and status of ongoing initiatives to stakeholders including executives at the Air Staff, Department of Defense and Congressional levels. This person will advise internal managers and key staff on organizational change concepts and techniques to help them successfully transform Air Force logistics capabilities - including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures to meet current and future operations. The primary responsibility will be to respond clearly, concisely and professionally to stakeholders including executives often under tight time constraints and using Air Force official correspondence formatting. Additionally, this person will advise internal managers and key staff on implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop communication documents including papers, briefings and graphics.
Perform organizational change management activities.

Job Requirements :
Required:
Demonstrated competence with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Publisher and SharePoint
Competence in creating presentations
Demonstrated competence with Adobe Creative Suite applications, including Acrobat Pro and Photoshop Graphic
Demonstrated competence with Organizational Change Management principles
Demonstrated self-initiative and ability to perform with minimal guidance
Desired:
Understanding of AF and Logistics functional community
Familiarity with AF acquisition processes
Competence with AF staff work processes to include development of complete electronic staff summary packages and writing/staffing of background papers and item of interest (IOIs)
Familiarity with the Air Force’s Service Development and Delivery Process (and lessons learned from A4IT/A4PT execution)
Dynamic personality and ability to lead teams and be an impact player
