Come on board and reap the rewards. Job Responsibilities:Serve as intermediary between account managers, junior associates, and internal and external clients and stakeholdersReview and provide feedback on the work of junior analystsReview client compensation and survey input to identify questionable dataVerify the accuracy and validity of submitted data by interfacing extensively with clients to resolve compensation and survey input issuesAssist in the execution of annual compensation/survey productAssist in annual compensation/survey data validation process for client submissionsWork with senior team members in management of projects ensuring adherence to agreed timeline and budgetBe accountable for all methodology and analysis on each staffed projectProvide regular guidance and developmental feedback to junior associatesDevelop summary compensation and survey reports including findings and recommendationsAssist in new business/firm development activities (e.g., speeches, white papers, etc.)Assist in various ad-hoc projects, such as research and analysis on compensation practices for a specific sector/peer group Suggested Skills and Experience:4 years of human resources, research, data analysis, or other related industry experienceAbility to work independently in a survey and data operations role and to interact with various internal and external constituentsMust be a motivated self-starter who is well organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize large volumes of dataOrganization skills, detail oriented, ability to take direction, work independently, as well as support a teamProficient in Microsoft Office, Excel (macros a plus) and WordProcessing spreadsheets, database management, and strong customer service skillsAbility to synthesize and communicate large amounts of data into key findings and identify related business issuesHas an “eye for detail,” while not losing sight of the bigger pictureExcellent written and oral communication skillsExperience in managing a project and/or a team is a definite plus Education:Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a focus in Finance, Economics, Statistics or MathematicHaving industry certification (e.g., CCP, CECP, or CEP) is a definite advantage  2525432,qualifications:UNAVAILABLE,responsibilities:We’re hiring! Aon is currently recruiting a Senior Consultant - Data Solutions to join our team in Makati, Philippines. About AonAon Plc is a leading global professional services firm providing a broad range of risk, retirement and health solutions.
