Drive requirements and design to identify and recommend workable solutions to clients across data driven marketing, single view of the customer, and marketing technology, with a specialization in Customer Data Platforms Direct use case development and solution design to achieved target business objectives with consideration for data availability, platform capabilities, operational readiness, and performance measurement Drive strategy and delivery of personalization across owned, earned and paid channels through orchestration of data and audiences across analytics, Martech and Adtech platforms. Hands-on Lead for the implementation of Customer Data Platforms and MDM such as Reltio, Redpoint Global, Lytics, Segment, Evergage, SFMC (Interaction Studio), C360, Tealium (AudienceStream) and ActionIQ. Keep informed of the latest technology trends and innovations especially in the areas of customer data platforms, marketing automation, data integration, master data management, marketing resource management, digital asset management, web content management, mobile, and social media Travel: For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only. Hereu2019s what you need: 5 years of hands on or consulting experience with one or more of the following areas: marketing data, digital analytics, digital marketing or execution of digital campaigns 1 year of hands-on consulting experience with customer data platforms or audience tools, such as Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce 360, Tealium (AudienceStream) , Segment, etc. 2 years managing teams and responsible for growth and performance of team members Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience Bonus points if: Experience with Technologies and Processes for Marketing, Personalization, and Data Orchestration such as Adobe Marketing Cloud, Oracle Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Pardot/ExactTarget), Marketo, Unica Interact, Kobie, and Brierley, Rich Relevance etc. Experience with marketing campaign design and implementation Experience in online ad serving or site serving platforms Experience with technologies and processes for content management systems, digital asset management software, web content management Experience with technologies and processes for mobile and social media technologies, solutions, and strategies Experience with marketing customer data models Experience in a consulting environment and/or digital agency with demonstrated track record of continuing responsibilities, creativity and innovation As required by theu202fColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
