Job responsibilities and Description for Leasing Consultant:
Perform leasing and marketing activities by qualifying and greeting prospects to assist in achieving occupancy goals.
Act as first point of contact for residents and prospects as Leasing Consultant.
Act as voice of the voice of the resident while balancing needs of the residents with the needs of the company
Maximize occupancy rates and minimize vacancy loss and rental loss
Ensure clear communication between the leasing office and tenants as leasing consultant
Job Requirements for Leasing Consultant:
Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office suit including Word, Outlook and Excel.
Customer service skills preferred for leasing consultant
