In this exciting role as a Technical Consultant, you will have the responsibility to support INR's, nurses and technicians during case coverage, mainly in hemorrhagic stroke (coiling, flow diversion, intravascular devices) and Arteriovenous Malformations (AVM) procedures, but some knowledge in the ischemic stroke is also necessary to answer the daily question from the customers that could arise.
**A Day in the Life**
You will be adding value on high technical knowledge in combination with a diplomatic approach respecting the atmosphere in a cathlab. As well as provide training and support for the whole chain of stakeholders in AIS (Acute Ischemic Stroke) on how to use our products in the best way to ensure best patient outcome.
It is important that you understand customer needs to optimize the product offering and stock levels in the accounts, propose and organize educational and proctoring programs. You will promote the added value of our products, both from a technical point of view as well as clinical outcomes and be the expert in flow model and simulator training and organize many training sessions.
The people you mainly will coordinate with will be Territory Manager, Business Manager, Sales Manager, Marketing and Customer Service.
You will be supporting territory managers in key accounts, execute on tactics defined in strategic plan as well as, be the first point of contact in cases of product complaints and field actions, to ensure optimal patient safety, in collaboration with Regulatory Affairs.
You will be offering support as needed at conferences and congresses and provide reports of activities and issues as required by management.
**Must-Have: Minimum Requirements**
We are looking for a candidate who can understand the complexity of our business and the company.
We would like you to have solid technical experience, and it is an advantage if you have experience with endovascular medical devices.
You should have a passion for the technical aspects in neuroradiology, and to support, train and inspire people.
With your excellent presentation and communication skills you succeed in getting people aligned behind your ideas. You should feel comfortable with ICT tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Salesforce.com, etc.).
Be well organized with strong planning skills, with high level of flexibility which is required to cover the full territory and adapt schedule if needed.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to establish good working relationships with a wide range of customers.
It is essential that you speak Spanish and English.
Have a clean drive license.
Willing to travel up to 50% of the time.

A background in the neurovascular space is a big asset and a real differentiator.
