Deposit and Credit Bureau Management Office (DCBMO) is currently seeking several Business Support Consultants to join the newly created entity. This newly created group is responsible for the governance/oversight, standardized enterprise policy, centralized relationship management, consistent enterprise processes and procedures, integrated network of systems, quality control and customer experience related to all aspects of how **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. furnishes and uses consumer data to/from the CRAs. Under the control of this office are the following functions; Furnishings, Disputes, Data Usage and Access, Vendor Relationships, Strategy and Integration and finally, Self-Assurance and Oversight.
The Business Support Consultant 4 positions consult with management and business partners on matters of significance regarding strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities
for the applicable business functions. Such consultation includes discussion of alternatives and implications. Utilizes thorough knowledge of the LOB's or business group's functional area or products to support and drive strategic initiatives for the business. Provides work direction to lower level staff. Leads support functions and/or operations/production oversight usually for a single Line of Business or for a significantly diverse and complex business group within a Line of Business. Functions supported may include: policy/procedure administration and adherence, systems/change initiatives, business continuity planning, legal and regulatory adherence, reporting and analysis, process improvement, quality management (example: may include QA program across multiple LOBs), MBO development, and communications.
This position is also responsible:
Developing, implementing and monitoring risk-based programs to identify, assess and mitigate any operational risk that arises from inadequate or failed internal processes, people, systems or external events, while maintaining a balance between risk mitigation and operational efficiency.
Evaluates the adequacy and effectiveness of policies, procedures, processes, systems and internal controls, analyzes
extremely complex business and/or system changes to determine impact.
Leads implementation of complex and strategic initiatives with high risk and complexity.
Will support the communication and collaboration with business heads, Legal, Audit and regulators regarding risk management of business-specific risk programs.
Locations: Preferred locations are Des Moines, IA, Chandler, AZ, Charlotte, NC, Raleigh, NC, or Fort Mill, SC, but will consider other locations within the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. footprint on a case by case basis.

Required Qualifications:
8 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: administrative support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning demonstrated through work or military experience
Desired Qualifications:
Experience working with the Shared Risk Platform (SHRP)
Strong root cause analysis skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
