This role can be hybrid in either Chicago, IL or Bloomington, MN. Aon is in the business of better decisions At Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.  As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.  What the day will look likeUnder general direction, provide population health consulting support to Health Solutions consultants in the servicing of existing clients and prospects: Support the development, drive, and execution of firm wide clinical and population health consulting workServe as a subject matter expert in the area of health transformation, developing knowledge on best practices and market trends, and contributing to the developments and enhancement of new and existing industry thought leadershipLead and support consultants with benchmarking and industry researchEducate colleagues and clients on Health Transformation thought leadership, market trends and client projectsAct as day-to-day lead and project support on client projects including data analysis, strategy design and development, vendor selection and implementation, measurement and engagement/communication approachCollaborate with internal and external resources to identify thought leadership and project development needs in the population health areaBuild internal and external relationships with colleagues and clientsAssist in the delivery of all assigned client workLead and assist in the creation of and prepare client presentations (PowerPoint design work)Perform project management Skills and experience that will lead to success5-7 years of related experience with health and benefits and/or wellness requiredBachelor degree in health-related field with strong finance or economics; Master’s degree preferred.Exposure to data analytics and measurement workConsulting experience a plusProficiency with Microsoft Office software; extensive experience with PowerPoint and Excel How we support our colleagues  In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
