Job Description:
Proactively monitor open RMAs and work with internal teams and vendors in driving appropriate actions and resolutions
Investigate, reconcile and resolve RMA discrepancies by utilizing different tools and communicating with internal teams and our vendors
Track and provide visibility on RMA shipments for both inbound and outbound
Collaborate with sourcing managers and vendors in maintaining vendor contact and RMA agreements
Maintain completeness and accuracy of RMA tool attributes
Proactively identify gaps in the RMA process and communicate to respective teams
Review reverse logistics packaging materials supply and demand and execute replenishment
Analyze and create performance reports to help drive critical business decisions
Act as liaison between internal teams and vendors in mitigating/resolving RMA issues
Support material and vendor activities as it relates to reverse logistics
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics, Inventory, Quality, Operations or vendor management
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management
Strong knowledge of Reverse Logistics or Service Operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and material management systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in program management, customer support, vendor and/or stakeholder management
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
High School Diploma/GED
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Logistics, SCM, engineering or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in Reverse Logistics, Service Operations or Inventory Management
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $20.85 - $38.26 and information on benefits is here (**** .
