**Senior Manager, Consulting (SEA)**

**What youll achieve**
As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of highly technical consulting resources including establishment of operational objectives and work plans, responsibility for all people-management activities, aligning with stakeholders and maturing the Consulting Practice processes / procedures.
**You will:**
Develop tactical and strategical plan for growing the business.
Implement business sustainability model assuring technical and business agility.
Drive organization-wide initiatives to promote customer success, innovation, and technical excellence.
Provide mentoring, coaching and skills development plan for the team. Take responsibility for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members.
Oversee project delivery and manage customer escalations
Drive business KPIs and operations metrics at organization level.
Build high performing teams who will in turn support customers in their IT Transformation journey.
Share quarterly forecast, capacity plan, pipeline development, capability building plan with executive leadership.
Manage stakeholders & governance of business demand.
Take ownership of the Digital, Workforce and IT Transformation business
Closely work with portfolio team to develop new offerings across multiple disciplines
Work closely with the Services Sales team to identify and grow the Consulting business.
Participate in the bid desk review for services pricing.
Work closely and develop strong working relationship with the Remote Delivery Center and partners to help delivery the projects.

**Essential Requirements**
15 years of experience in leading teams in a consulting or professional services organization
Has led as a manager/senior manager for over 8 years (Techno Managerial)
Has worked in one or more of the below technologies:
Multi Cloud, AWS, GCP, Azure and HCI
Automation, DevOps, Application Modernization
Cloud Native, Kubernetes, PAAS, Big Data
Microsoft O365
Cyber Security / IT Security
Strong people management and mentoring skills with ability to drive high morale within a team
Strong creative problem-solving skills
Requires the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Strong customer handling and negotiation skills
Strong executive presence
Excellent presentation skills
Passionate, self-driven and a go-getter mindset
Good understanding of financial of AOP models in PS organization
Strong business acumen in identifying business opportunities
Ability to optimize the delivery cost to be competitive
Able to manage the P/L of the business
Experience in running customer workshops
**Desirable Requirements**
Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field with 15 years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education/professional experience in a similar role
Strong technical and domain experience in IT Transformation, Cloud, IT Security
Proven experience in leading large complex Consulting or Professional Services projects above $500,000 or more in value.
Familiar with the Southeast Asia market and experience in managing a diverse team from different region is desirable.
