Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Senior Consultant, Enterprise Performance, Oracle, in San Jose, CA and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally
Work You’ll Do
Drive business transformation and on-going operations and maintenance services for the full suite of Oracle software solutions. Synthesize overall operations strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Develop documentation for the creation of custom technical solutions, to meet business requirements within the Oracle EBS (E-Business Suite) application and Oracle Cloud applications. Participate in setting engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between workstreams and identify changes in scope. Participate in all aspects of the full software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for software applications, including requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects, change requests, and escalations of urgent issues. Evaluate clients' technology needs, develop customized applications, and draft technical and functional design documentation. Design sub-components of larger application systems, integrate the applications with each other and continuously optimize the system structure to improve stability and performance. 80% Travel Required Nationally. Telecommuting Permitted.

Requirements
BACHELORS DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) IN COMPUTER SCIENCE, ENGINEERING (ANY), ACCOUNTING OR A RELATED FIELD AND TWO (2) YEARS OF PROGRESSIVE RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE IN THE JOB OFFERED OR IN A RELATED OCCUPATION. IN THE ALTERNATIVE, THE EMPLOYER WILL ACCEPT THREE (3) YEARS OF UNIVERSITY STUDY AND THREE (3) YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE. MUST ALSO HAVE TWO (2) YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE INVOLVING EACH OF THE FOLLOWING:
PERFORMING FINANCE BUSINESS PROCESS WORKSHOPS UTILIZING MICROSOFT (MS) SUITE, MICROSOFT VISIO TO CAPTURE CURRENT BUSINESS PROCESSES AND OUTLINING FUTURE PROCESS IN ORACLE EBS APPLICATION AND ORACLE CLOUD APPLICATIONS, ASSESSING AND DOCUMENTING FINANCIAL SYSTEMS AND BUSINESS ARCHITECTURE UTILIZING AIM METHODOLOGY;
BUILDING FUNCTIONAL MD050 AND APPLICATION SETUP BR100 ORACLE AIM DOCUMENTS FOR ORACLE ORDER MANAGEMENT (OM), ADVANCE PRICING, INVENTORY MANAGEMENT, SHIPPING EXECUTION, CUSTOMIZATIONS FOR ORDER FULFILLMENT PROCESSES CHANGES AT DIFFERENT STAGES DURING CREATION AND SHIPMENT OF DELIVERY IN THE SYSTEM, PREPARE MICROSOFT POWERPOINT PRESENTATIONS FOR DESIGNS WORKSHOPS AND MAINTAINING THE DOCUMENTS ON CONFLUENCE AND MS SHAREPOINT;
CONFIGURING ORACLE EBS ARCHITECTURE FOR GLOBAL REGIONS (NA, EMEA, APAC ), IMPLEMENTATIONS AND ENHANCEMENTS FOR BUSINESS GROUPS, LEGAL ENTITIES, OPERATING UNITS, AND ORGANIZATIONS;
PERFORMING SETUP AND CONFIGURATION OF ORACE EBS FI-AR, FI-AP, FI-GL AND PERFORMING INTEGRATION UTILIZING VERTEX, CUSTOMER DATA HUB, AND BANK INTERFACES;
PERFORMING SUPPLY CHAIN BUSINESS PROCESSES AND SYSTEMS WORKSHOPS TO CAPTURE DESIGNS AND PROCESSES, AND MAPPING AND DESIGNING NEW PROCESS FLOWS FOR ORDER EBS OM, INVENTORY MANAGEMENT AND PRICING;
CONFIGURING AND SETTING UP ORACLE ORDER MANAGEMENT, INVENTORY MANAGEMENT AND SHIPPING EXECUTION MODULES FOR CUSTOMIZING THE FULFILLMENT FLOW TO FOR INTERNAL FULFILLMENT OR EXTERNAL FULFILLMENT USING BACK TO BACK OR CONTRACT MANUFACTURING;
DESIGNING INTERFACES WITH EXTERNAL VENDORS AND MANUFACTURERS, UPDATING DELIVERY SHIPMENT AND INVENTORY WHEN EDI (ELECTRONIC DATA INTERCHANGE) MESSAGE COMES, GENERATING BACK-TO-BACK ORDERS, AND INTERNAL REQUISITION INTERNAL SALES ORDER, DEPENDING ON THE QUANTITIES AND OTHER CONFIGURATIONS PRE-SETUPS SOURCING RULES IN SYSTEMS;
CONDUCTING DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION STRATEGIES FOR ZUORA SUBSCRIPTION PLATFORM TO BUILD THE SUBSCRIPTION, ORDERS, AND INVOICES UTILIZING ZUORA PLATFORM;
CONDUCTING UNIT, REGRESSIONS, AND USER ACCEPTANCE TESTING (UAT), AND DEFECTS RESOLUTION USING HP APPLICATION LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT (ALM) TOOL AND AZURE DEVOPS (ADO); AND
PARTICIPATING IN PROOF OF CONCEPT (POC) FOR ORDER DELIVERY SHIPPING AND FULFILLMENT FROM EXTERNAL ORDER FULFILLMENT SCENARIOS USING ORACLE EBS AND EDI SYSTEMS.
