: Market Research consultancy using conversational insight solutions and utilizing game-changing, proprietary conversational technologies is looking for a senior research consultant, note this is a full-time position, to join their technology industry division. The position can be remote ideal locations are Chicago, Detroit, San Francisco, Vancouver, or New York/ NJ. Responsibilities
: Manage all stages of the market research project cycle
Designing and developing questionnaires and discussion guides
Overseeing data collection & ensuring strict quality control
Identifying and writing up analytical findings
Visualizing and reporting quantitative and qualitative findings
Report writing and taking deliverables to the next level
Working with marketing research software packages
Help to proactively nurture and develop strategic client relationships
Mentor & manage junior researchers on the project execution & client management process
Requirements
: 5 years of relevant, hands-on work experience, preferably with a supplier side organization.
Background in Technology, Mobile Communications, Internet Services or Media/ Entertainment.
Exposure to sophisticated market research practices including a wide variety of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
Exceptional hands-on research expertise, including questionnaire design, sample frame development, field management, analysis planning, data visualization and creative report writing.
Skill with technology and social media, as well as online market research methodologies and technology platforms.
An innate ability to find the story in the numbers, and to sift through qualitative & qualitative data to extract meaningful nuggets and insights.
Creative data visualization and reporting skills – someone who develops reports that always impress colleagues and clients.
A passion for unlocking the power of consumer insights to help drive agile decision making.
