Work you’ll do
A Learning Architect possesses the requisite design know-how but is also a strategic partner dedicated to helping the L&D leader develop and execute a sound, cost-effective plan. The learning architect is a problem solver, with strong consulting and project management skills.
As a Learning Technical Architect within our Workforce Transformation team you will:
Create master learning plans that hold together a cohesive learning strategy
Create a learning deign that allows for multiple delivery strategies, and the ability to manage a multi-platform learning solution from needs assessment though evaluation
Advise and suggest future IT developments to leadership and clients
Carry out technical work and report progress back to leadership and clients
Organize workloads of technical teams in the most efficient way
Explain plans agreed with leadership to designers and developers
Work alongside leadership and clients to identify the hardware and software needed
Gather, review, analyze and synthesize content
Storyboard the detailed course content based on the approved outline or create instructor-led course materials (facilitator guide, participant guide, PowerPoint slides) based on approved outline
Conduct quality assurance of course materials and deliverables
Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work
Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues
Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports
Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products
Assist in proposal development, as requested
Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's Degree in technology, computer science, data analytics, business, human resources, communications, industrial and organizational development/psychology or a related discipline
7 years of relevant consulting or industry experience
7 years of experience leading the design and development of learning solutions and talent development programs
Experience with agile development methods
IT infrastructure and cloud development experience
Tech fluency with cloud, analytics and cyber
Experience with at least a couple of the learning systems – LMS, LCMS, LDP, LRS, SIS, Assessment, CLE
Experience with at least a couple platforms – HCM, LXP/Curation, Data, Interoperability Standards (SCORM, xAPI, cmi5, LTI)
Project and product management experience
Prior instructional design or training development experience
Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools
Ability to learn new technology and translate technical information into easy-to-understand communications and training
Experience developing communications materials (fact sheets, newsletters, briefing decks, etc.)
Understanding of training development and system design lifecycle and phases
Some travel may be required up to 50% (While travel may be required for the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)
Must be able to obtain and maintain required clearance for this role
Preferred:
Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
Advanced degree in a related discipline
