Position Summary:
Reason for contingent headcount? To support Design and Engineering (DnE) Technology Governance (TG) Team in the execution and management of project Technical Reviews.
What is the project(s) name? Technology Governance (TG)
What are the key objectives for this resource (project summary)? ¿Execute review(s) of the technology aspects of a project at specified times during the project life cycle. ¿Assist projects with preparing and passing a Technical Review. ¿Assist with the (overall) management and assignment of Technical Reviews.
What specific TFS departments will they interact with? ¿Solution Architecture (SA; DnE Functional Team) ¿Program/Project Management Office ¿Information Security
What phase is the project currently in? N/A; this project is a Core activity that is on-going and spans many projects.

ust Haves:
BS or BA degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Over 5-years working experience with IT solution/system analysis and architecture
Ability to review project deliverables/artifacts and determine the quality of these items and how well each adheres to the organization’s standards
Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), specifically the concept of phases and deliverables/activities appropriate for each phase
Strong facilitation and (oral, written) communication skills
Knowledge of contextual, conceptual, and logical (i.e., business, functional, data, integration) solution views and models
Knowledge/understanding of requirements analysis and traceability of requirements to other SDLC artifacts
Knowledge of Architecture Standards and how to apply them (e.g., best practices, product/technology standards)
Knowledge of technical integration concepts, including EAI, SOA, Web Services, XML
Knowledge of common software packages (e.g., Siebel, SAP)
Knowledge of Web-based application development, including frameworks (e.g., J2EE), techniques, languages (e.g., Java)
Proficient with Desktop Productivity tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
Preferred/ Nice-to-haves:
Experience with financial services operations, specially automotive lending, leasing, and dealer finance is highly desirable
Proficient with repository-based modeling tools, specifically IBM/Telelogic System Architect (SA)
Expertise in end-to-end process analysis and modeling
Experience with TIBCO middleware technologies
Experience with WebLogic platform, J2EE, and Java development.
Experience with Web Services, XML concepts, frameworks, and standards
Experience with Informatica and other tools to support ETL as part of integration tool kit
Experience with security and regulatory standards in regards of regulations such as GLBA, SOX and PII=
