Job Responsibilities
Support the Account Lead Client Service Delivery Lead in execution of all Account Management strategies tasks
Support the execution of programs that enable the account team to consistently deliver against our contract, to exceed our customer expectations participate and or lead special projects specific to the account
Manage all reporting as well as monitor and report on delivery against commitments
Support delivery lead to resolve, or assign, the day to day programmatic issues
Driving strategic, financial, and operational decisions
Understanding the clients context within the industry and competitive position
Understanding the clients business priorities and bring Accenture assets and expertise to the client aligned with these priorities
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors Degree
Minimum of 3 years of account management experience with overall financial responsibility
Minimum of 2 years of operations and/or consulting experience
Minimum of 1 years of sales experience
Minimum of 3 years of team leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications
Project management experience
Experience managing team projects globally
Ability to work in a fast-paced consultative environment
Business process outsourcing experience
As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $99,900 - $168,499 and information on benefits offered is here. (****COVID-19 update:
