Business Analysis and it’s relation to system design
Requirements Management - Knowledge of Rational Requirements Composer
Written and Oral Communication
Facilitation
Understanding of Business Processes and flows
Understanding or Use Case and Requirements Analysis
Understanding of Agile Story Elaboration
Background and experience in the Insurance Industry a plus
