The Role

The Forensic Accounting Analyst is directly involved in client engagements and provides financial and accounting analyses, while being expected to multi-task effectively on multiple engagements. The analyst will be expected to work within a team concept philosophy, where the ability to work closely with Managers and Senior Managers on projects is essential. In addition, the analyst will assist in the development and execution of our strategy to grow the FACC practice throughout the world. Exposure to Managing Directors and Principals of Fortune 500 clients should be expected as well.

The Requirements


Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, particularly in Accounting, Economics, or Finance
0-3 years' experience
Achievement of or progress towards financial and/or accounting credentials (CPA, CFE, or CFA)
Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, and the analysis and reporting of financial data
Excellent written communication skills
Strong oral communication skills, particularly to large and small audiences
Technical skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint
Exceptional attention to detail
A strong sense of teamwork and responsibility to team members
Conduct client research using the internet and other applicable sources
Function responsibly within a corporate environment
Professional integrity regarding self-motivation and accepting responsibility for growth and development, as well as, meeting deadlines and honoring commitments
Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred, not required
Travel required particularly for large projects (anticipate approximately 25% of time for mostly domestic travel, but with the ability to travel internationally)
