Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Business Management, Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
Experience leading and mentoring a team, with proven interested in continuous learning and leadership development
Demonstrated ability to sift through large amounts of data, identify critical information, develop hypotheses and partner with relevant technical teams to bring tests & recommendations to life.
Ability to efficiently present information, tell stories with data, respond to questions from key partners, and influence decision making
Experience, interest, and ability to working in a fast paced, ambiguous environment
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to communicate complex concepts to senior business audiences

We are looking for a Manager to join the Inventory Deployment team and lead one of our key team pillars. Inventory Deployment is responsible for ensuring that we get the right product, in the right fulfillment place, at the right time across our multi-node network to deliver the efficient experience to our consumer (Speed, Cost, Convenience, Sustainability). This Manager is a self-starter, flexible problem solver, and outstanding communicator who is comfortable learning quickly and connecting the dots to help drive business opportunities. They can easily form relationships and lead teams towards practical deliverables. They are comfortable with ambiguity and data, tenancious about discovering the root cause of a problem and creative in their approach to solution design. They enjoy working across multiple collaborator teams and are confident in explaining sophisticated business topics to non-technical / operational audiences. They should be determined, proactive, and able to handle several concurrent tracks of work.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON!
As a manager on the Digital Inventory Deployment team, you will be at the heart of the America Consumer Direct Offense and Digital First Supply Chain at Scale Strategy. You will support leader’s and team’s decisions that drive performance across the digital supply chain through the lens of inventory positioning (and reverse flow) across the North America network. You will help translate to our business and planning partners to how our supply chain engages and crafts a competitive advantage for the NA Digital Marketplace. You will continuously improve our strategic inventory positioning by using the strengths of your team to run core business activities and deliver continuous improvement through small scale pilots, new capability enhancements and process improvement. You will be accountable for building and leading productive cross-functional relationships between Logistics, MPO, DSM and NDDC partners. Overall you will drive both day to day operations and be involved in the strategic design/evolution of our Digital Inventory Deployment network.
Representative responsibilities include but are not limited to: Managing the insight to inbound digital supply flow and translating these insights into operational and financial risks/opportunities for our numerous partners to drive mutual profitability for Nike, optimize the health our fulfillment network and deliver the ideal end consumer experience. Innovating the process and reverse flow of inventory from our digital nodes to alternative channels. Designing and driving in-season inventory moves to re-balance demand across our digital fulfillment nodes.
