Senior Consultant - NYC or DC preferred - open to remote Aon Assessment Solutions has an opening for a Senior Consultant! Aon offers a comprehensive package of benefits for full-time and regular part-time colleagues. Aon is in the business of better decisions At Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.  As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.  What the day will look likeManaging Assessment Project Teams: Leading project teams, providing direction as needed on all project-related service delivery activities, solving execution problems and removing obstacles, with overall responsibility for project execution and client service delivery excellence.Client Management:  Working directly with clients in a service-friendly manner, serving as a trusted partner and explaining technical and non-technical information to audiences of all levels, and fulfilling our obligation to provide practical project management and world class expertiseNew Client Sales: identifying needs, developing solutions and proposals, conducting presentations, and selling assessment-related work to prospectsClient Account Growth: identifying additional client needs and challenges, developing solutions and proposals, and selling additional work to current clients as appropriate.Collaboration: Working closely with both local and global colleagues as a team to coordinate activities and manage work to best meet client needs.Research: Staying abreast of the latest research in the field to provide expert guidance to our clients and ensure alignment with a best practice approach in all that we do.Data Analysis:  Working closely with our Analytics team and consultants analyzing and interpreting results from complex data analyses and using data visualization techniques to display the ROI to various audiences.Product Support:  Aon has a substantial library of assessments!  You will further develop your measurement expertise by gaining deep knowledge of our adaptive assessments, mobile assessments, interactive simulations, gamified assessments, skills and abilities assessments, custom and tailored assessments, video interview tools, and more.Other Potential Duties: Our clients give us all types of interesting and complex requests!  Not to mention we regularly work with other Aon lines of business.
