Not only will you become a great broker, you will be involved in the planning and the execution of several events. Excellent organisation skills is essential Day to day you might work on:Responding to client enquiriesDocument managementPreparing client renewal paperworkPremium negotiationsPolicy and new business submissionsDiary and travel management Event coordination There will be a focus on strong customer service, integrity, time management and ensuring clients walk away having had an excellent experience.About youYou must come from an insurance consulting background, but we are open to hearing from people who can demonstrate proven client management skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes. You will also be able to demonstrate the following attributes:Corporate insurance experience, understanding of local government and riskProven experience in event management or worked in an Executive Support roleThe ability to deliver high standards of quality client serviceOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple responsibilitiesCompetency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint,  and OutlookPositive attitude and drive to succeed.If you consider yourself highly motivated with a passion for providing the best client experience, then this is the role for you!
