Job Description:
The New Billing Agent will perform research, enter data, and process adjust health care appeals claims in a variety of systems and tracking tools for a US health care client, and will apply knowledge of processes and related systems to identify, assess and resolve complex issues. The Billing Agent will encounter both standard and non standard issues and will seek advice escalate issues when faced with tasks outside the normal SOP s dictated by the client
Basic Qualifications:
HS Diploma or GED
Minimum 6 months professional work experience
Minimum 6 months of experience with software for office productivity, including Microsoft Outlook
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor s Degree in Science or related field
Outsourcing operations experience
Knowledge and experience in any work stream of US health care
As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
