 Managing Director of Strategic Solutions & Innovation We currently have a career opportunity for a Managing Director in the newly created practice, Strategic Solutions & Innovation. This individual is a proven leader, has strong communication skills and will work closely with clients, producers, account executives, broking and office leaders, and enjoys bringing new strategies from incubation to launch. The leader will collaborate across the Enterprise Client Group, Aon Broking practice groups, Aon Global Risk Consulting, New Ventures Group, Aon Reinsurance, as well as Aon Securities.   SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES THAT LEAD TO SUCCESS Demonstrated leadership and revenue growth success with strong project management, organizational and communication skills are critical to leading across Aon teams. Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide insight and recommendations will enhance decision making and deliver exceptional client value. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a matrix environment with functional, business, and geographic leaders. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in management consulting in Enterprise Risk Management, Enterprise Risk Finance, Account Management, and/or complex project, broking, account management, and/or insurance experience required.Experience in alternative risk transfer and/or captive solutions a plusMust have project management, client engagement, and strong writing skills EDUCATIONBachelor’s degree required. MBA, FSAA, CPA, or CRMP preferredRESPONSIBILITIES The Managing Director will support and/or lead Strategic Solutions and Innovation initiatives, including some combination of the following responsibilities depending on experience: Manage enterprise risk client discovery projects intended to facilitate client decision making, help navigate volatility, and effectively match capital to risk.Lead clients through a structured approach that guides them through the risk management journey, underpinned with differentiated capabilities that adapt to the evolving market environment, business context, and risk profile of the client. Implement Commercial Risk priorities including strategic risk solutions and innovation, thought leadership, and the adoption of risk analytics (e.g., RFDP/NextGen) and related tools.
