The Work:
Asks the right questions to identify and solve the top problems and ensures the final product meets the business need, delivers maximum value and delights users
Manages client relationship and expectations throughout project lifecycle
Facilitates trade-off decisions, when needed, by balancing business needs, customer experience and technical feasibility (desirability, viability and feasibility)
Takes responsibility and accountability for the product from conception to plan & execution to delivery and maintenance
Navigates organizational landscape and effectively manages senior stakeholder relationship to achieve a desired outcome
Actively collaborates with stakeholders to create, maintain and prioritize product roadmaps and strategies
Focuses on outcomes and not on role titles and recognizes that every organization will have different role definitions and expectations
Enables constant feedback loop to maximize the benefit of the customer and stakeholder feedback by synthesizing it and integrating it in the product roadmap
Facilitates meetings for client stakeholders, team cadence, cross platform coordination, discovery and framing and team well-being etc.
Pairs with senior client partners and key personnel to coach them on lean product development (value over requirements) and delivery
Guides the team to self-organize and empowers them to voice opinions and make decisions
Supports the team by working towards identifying risks, enabling professional development, removing obstacles and distractions
Heres what you need:
Minimum of 4 years of product management and development experience in a client-facing consulting environment
Minimum of 5 years proven ability to drive and deliver a successful Product Roadmap in an Agile environment
Minimum of 2 years client-facing responsibility or accountability for delivery of technology products
Analytical decision-making coupled with a collaborative interpersonal touch
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Bonus points if:
Experience and certification in SAFe, Scrum, Lean, Kanban, JIRA, Rally
Proven practical Agile experience with practices like test-driven development (TDD), pair programming, automated test frameworks, and automated tests
Certification in Agile (CSM, CSPO, SA, SPC, etc.)
Certification or several years of experience in project management and/or ITIL frameworks
Proven ability to build, manage and foster teams of 4 20 people throughout the entire delivery lifecycle
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
