As a contributing member to a Trianz project team, a Senior Consultant will consult with clients to analyze, design, and document complex, cross-functional business systems and / or functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyzes complex business system / functions
Identifies requirements and writes BRDs and / or functional specifications. Assist in converting functional specifications to technical specifications.
Tracks and documents changes to the above
Completes high-quality deliverables in a timely manner as assigned with limited guidance from the project manager
Conducts client meetings / interviews with limited guidance from the project manager
Actively participates and significantly contributes to team-based problem solving
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
3-5 years professional working experience-
Management Consulting background a must
Big 4 consulting experience a plus
Emerging expertise in at least 1 domain area (e.g., BPR, CRM, 11i Q2C)
Experience with order management, supply chain, and service quoting preferred.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Should be adaptable and be open to learning new skills
Provides leadership / mentoring as required to more junior members of the team
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Hard working do what it takes attitude and team player
Masters or MBA or equivalent experience preferred
