Pre-Sales Solutions Architect

P.S. This is a full time position. We are not interested in contractors.
We are looking for a business solution architect with strong domain experience in the Health Plans Industry. In this role, you will be responsible to create solution architectures for the implementation of hCentive’s Health Insurance Exchange product suite based on customer needs. You will perform a quick needs-assessment study at customer sites, and lead the creation of solution proposals that articulate how hCentive’s product suite will fit in the customer environment and how it will meet their requirements. You will analyze customer RFP, and lead the creation of formal proposal responses. You will participate in all phases of sales cycles with Health Plans and Exchange Intermediaries to demonstrate how hCentive’s products can transform their business processes and create value to them.
Required skills:
7-10 years of industry experience in Health – IT Consulting, Implementation Services and Pre-Sale Solution Design.
Thorough understanding of Health Plan markets, industry trends and opportunities for innovation and transformation
Thorough understanding of business processes in a Health Plan environment
Experience in interfacing with customers of all sizes; client communication at all levels – Executive, Senior and Mid-level Managers
Ability to conduct workshops with Business and IT stakeholders at client sites
Strong enterprise architecture skills – business architecture, information models, integration architecture in a large and complex enterprise Health –IT environment
Excellent presentation skills, writing skills and PowerPoint Storyboarding skills
Project Management, Consulting Team Management skills
Experience in one or more Health Plan Administrative Systems (e.g. Facets) would be a plus
Experience and understanding of Healthcare Reform Act and Health Insurance
Exchange Domain would be a plus
Experience in Management/Strategy Consulting would be a plus
Strong team player and willing to work towards aggressive schedules
