Contract / Domestic NW Travel Required 1 Week per Month)

The impact you will have :
As a relationship driven and customer focused professional, you will help us continue providing our clients with the quality of work that they have come to know us by.
What you will do :
Analyze, develop, and define recommendations pertaining to client business and technology projects.
Perform As-Is, To-Be, fit gap analysis and recommendations for client engagements.
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources :
Reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, and distinguish client requests from underlying needs.
Full project life cycle from tracking technical deliverables, milestone completion, administration, and change management, to successful execution and completion.
Prepare solutions with risk identification and financial analyses such as cost / benefit, ROI, etc.
Manage multiple projects, accurately estimating work effort and managing client expectations.
Delivers business requirement documents (BRD), functional specification documents (FSD), process flow maps, uses cases, implementation plans, and status reports.
Utilize Cayenta ERP and KeldiarHR software.
Coordinate and facilitate communication with project team members, and internal departments to ensure goals alignment and achievement.
What makes you a good fit :
3 years of consulting experience.
5 years of experience as a business analyst leading functional design sessions, documenting fit gap analysis, analyzing and creating process flows, and working with SME’s to validate functional requirements
Demonstrated success creating test related documentation including test scenarios and test scripts, leading UAT, creating and delivering training, documenting reporting requirements, and documenting and escalating risks and issues as appropriate.
Business analyst experience as part of 2 enterprise-scale implementations, particularly Human Resources (recruiting, workforce management, payroll, etc.
applications, preferably at a utility company.
Experience with Cayenta (or other ERP software including SAP, Oracle, Sage Intacct, Epicor), and KeldiarHR (or other HR software including AcquireTM, ApplicantStack, Rippling) preferred.
Extensive knowledge of fit gap analysis, process documentation, validating and documenting functional requirements, testing documentation and execution, data conversion, and training.
Ability to anticipate risks and devise solutions in the moment, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
Ability to work across different organization levels, and different functional teams, adjusting the communications style as appropriate to VPs, management, and team members.
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients, and proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels.
Hands-on style, with an aptitude and inclination to dig into details, and also able to summarize in a managerial context.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including facilitating, presenting, and collaborating.
Adept in MS SharePoint, Project, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint.
Preferred certifications : SHRM or equivalent certifications / experience preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
