You Are:
Test Engineering Associate Manager with a future-focused mindset, providing technical leadership and strategic direction.
The Work:
Transform testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy and integrity.
Evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.
Executes strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
Manages small teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture
Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.

As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $62,600 to $143,900 and information on benefits offered is here. (****Here's What You Need:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.(If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Minimum 8 years experience leading medium-to-large scale Test Engineering projects
Minimum 4 years experience in practicing Agile Testing in a distributed model
Minimum 4 years experience in data management including backend testing, database operations and data modelling
Minimum 4 years experience using commercial / open-source tools like: Rational Quality Manager, Rational Team Concert, ALM, Clearquest, Oracle SQL Developer, SoapUI, Virtual Box, Problem Step Recorder, Control-M
Minimum 2 years experience managing a team
Minimum 2 years healthcare industry experience
