The North America Marketing Communications team shapes and activates marketing and communications strategies across the marketing lifecycle that fuel growth for Accentures $20B North American market (United States and Canada). YOUR ROLE:
Provide support for Services Industry X and Planning & Operations Lead as needed regarding event process management , budget management, planning, and executive support. Industry X leads efforts to combine emerging, connected and smart technologies to digitally transform industry.
Lead and help develop business practices for Industry X. Help guide activities for annual, quarterly, and monthly reports for HR, budget, recruiting, etc.
Develop, implement, and manage data tracking tools, databases, and develop templates that house personnel, financial, and other information needed to accomplish Services and Growth & Strategy M C goals and identify cross-services efforts.
Work as a data liaison for Services and Growth & Strategy teams to ensure data collection and refinement.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree

MBA
Experience in a leadership role as a project manager.
Project management certificate.
Experience in a project management role or as project management support at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.
Finance or budget management background. While this role is part of M C, this is an Operations role requiring deep knowledge of budget management practices and the ability to adhere to US and international policies.
Professional Skills:
Excellent at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Provide deep and original thinking about complex issues and make them easy to understand.
Determination and desire to learn new tools and software platforms for role as needed.
Comfortable in an unpredictable environment and managing unplanned requests.
Deep experience using Microsoft Office tools.
The ability to present and communicate ideas clearly and persuasively at all levels.
Sensitivity to the cultural and social variances as a part of an international and inclusive team.
Desire to take on complex, time sensitive projects and create end to end solutions.
Must be comfortable leading and working collaboratively as a member of a fast-paced team.
Understanding of data, digital, and intelligent products.
Comfortable with data analytics and research methods.
Strong English language skills.
Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
