Consulting Manager

Profile

Consulting Manager is tasked with running
with minimal supervision a profitable consulting and education business, and is
responsible for business development, sales processes, selling billable
consulting engagements and training / education services, proactively, with or
without joint license sales. The position holder is responsible for managing
budget in own area, requesting and undertaking company investments, e.g. new
staff, new physical resources.
The position holder will be responsible
for a blended team focused on delivering services for more than one business
line (e.g. consulting and education). He/she will report to a Consulting
Manager or PS Director in a large office or will manage the Professional
Service function in a small to medium range office, including staffing,
induction,
performance
management,
learning & development planning. The position holder may also
be for other support services (e.g. IT, Technical Support,
Pre-Sales)
depending upon local circumstances
Project Experience is a plus
Team player and willing to travel
Pre Sales
