You work within the national vegetable sales team on the development of varieties and offers that are tailored to the DACH market.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nYour tasks:\r\n\r\n\r\n\t Support and technical guidance of the sales team in leafy vegetable crops: technical knowledge, product information, product positioning, competitive comparison and market analysis\r\n\t Establishing and maintaining relationships with major customers with a view to long-term cooperation\r\n\t Organizing and conducting product trials to support local sales and breeding activities\r\n\t Role as central interface of the sales team with a focus on leafy greens between other European Syngenta organizations in sales, marketing, R&D and production\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nQualifications\r\nWhat we expect from you:\r\n\r\n\r\n\tBachelor's degree in horticulture or agriculture or relevant sound professional experience\r\n\tExperience and knowledge in the planning, implementation and evaluation of field trials \r\n\tVery good knowledge of German and English\r\n\tHigh level of independence and teamwork\r\n\tFlexibility  due to the season\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nWe offer:\r\n\r\n\r\n\t Attractive salary package (incl.
