Business Process Consultant Senior Consultants

Profile

8 years experience with business process improvement projects including management, design, process modeling, measurement and toolsets
Experience in validating process architecture designs to support business strategies
Knowledge of enterprise architecture best practices, business architecture, information architecture, application architecture and repository management
Gather and document end-user sessions utilizing process flows, use cases, interviews, workshops, and by investigation of existing systems
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in requirements gathering, building and maintaining relationships with customers, ability to analyze issues and solve complex problems
Proven track record in developing/implementing new strategies/roadmaps to migrate from current-to future-state
Advanced knowledge of business process modeling tools (*ARIS Business Architect, *ARIS Toolset, Corporate Modeler, System Architect, ProVision)
Strong experience with systems analysis and functional design
ERP Process design experience (SAP / Oracle) highly desired
Experience with SAP Solution Manager highly desired
Good solid communication skills, understanding of a variety of technologies and platforms
Proven experience in examining and providing
re-engineering recommendations
