At KeyBank, marketing consultants coordinate with internal teams and resources to manage the workflow and process of non-agency marketing projects and ensure the timely completion of assigned projects.
About the Job:
Work at the direction of the Lead Marketing Consultant to assist with development, deployment, and tracking/reporting of Small Business and Business Banking marketing deliverables.
Essential Functions:
Builds and sustains excellent working relationships with colleagues, clients and partner organizations that will enable the timely, accurate and efficient execution of assigned marketing projects. Collaborates with internal and agency partners to produce measurable outcomes.
Support marketing managers in trafficking projects from LOB partners
Support marketing managers in creating content for LOB priorities
Work with marketing managers to understand scope and context of projects for each line of business
Coordinate day-to-day deliverables with internal stakeholders and other partners
Assist in ongoing project management
Required Qualifications
Able to manage multiple projects and large-scale tasks simultaneously
Preferred skills: Microsoft Office
Able to interpret and analyze data, develop regular campaign reports
Strong attention to detail. Excellent organizational, written, and communication skills
Able to track and maintain scheduled assignments
Serve as a positive and effective team member
Able to interact effectively at all levels of an organization and across diverse cultures
Results oriented, proactive attitude
Able to work in a fast-paced environment under multiple deadlines and competing priorities
2 years of work experience, agency experience a plus
