Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist with their vehicle inquiries 
Demonstrate product knowledge and provide information about features, benefits and financing options
Build rapport and establish trust with customers to help them make informed buying decisions
Manage customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses
Schedule test drives and follow up with customers to assess their satisfaction
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Maintain knowledge of current promotions and incentives to maximize sales opportunities
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED 
Proven customer service experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Clean driving record and valid driver's license
Positive attitude and a team player mentality
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
