Mission Strategy Consultant, Junior The Challenge:

Many organizations know where they want to go, but getting there can be a challenge. We're looking for you: a strategy consultant who can identify an organization's long-term goals and show it how to achieve them.
This is an opportunity to have a direct impact. As a strategy consultant on our team, you'll engage with clients at the senior level to help them understand their organization and crystallize their goals. You'll need to ask the right questions to draw out your client's objectives and vision. Your client will look to you to show them their organization from the outside. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you'll provide your client with a holistic view of their organization, as well as the multiple paths they can take to modernize. As the strategy expert, you'll identify and anticipate your client's needs as you create their way forward. You'll prepare and c

uct business analyses, study needs assessments, requirements analysis or definition, and cost or benefit analyses to align business systems, solutions, and initiatives. You'll prepare forecasts and analyze trends, reporting regulations, and business c

itions. You'll analyze metrics, performance measurements, requirements, reports, and recommendations
related
to management, organizational structure,
policies

You Have:
-Experience in working with teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
-Experience with Micro
sof
t Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
-Ability to overcome challenges and obstacles
-Ability to solve complex problems with both traditional and out-of-the-box solutions
-Ability to c
ond
uct research and analysis of industry best practices

SCI clearance with a polygraph
-Scheduled to obtain a Bachelor's degree by May 2022
Nice If You Have:
-Experience with business process redesign, change management, strategic communications, human capital, strategic planning, or training
-Experience with serving in the U.S. federal government, military, or the intelligence community
-Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Master's degree preferred; Master's degree in Business Administration a plus
