This is an opportunity to create efficiency in the Intel community. As an organizational transformation and change consultant, you'll use your expertise to assess how alterations will impact business processes and design to develop a change strategy. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you'll provide your client with a holistic view of their organization to transform their practices for the better.

You have:
-2 years of experience in a professional or military work environment, including internships
-Experience with supporting the intelligence community
-Ability to analyze and organize information
-Ability to develop innovative solutions to
policy
issues
-Ability to perform
policy
analysis and present briefings
TS
SCI clearance with a polygraph
-Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
-Experience in the legal or ethics field
-Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Master's degree
Clearance:
